The Song:

Whether you’re gettin’ low at the club or getting ready for a night out, Lee Carr’s newest joint “Stilettos” will have you feeling like a “supermodel on the runway scene.” It’s easy to get down to the thick beat and the catchy lyrics will have you singing and dancing along in no time. Lee is letting everyone know how he likes his women; fierce, foxy and in neck-breaking heels. You’re sure to turn his head in a “Chanel baby-tee” with a “Purse Louis V,” but what really kills him is a nice pair of stems, complete with some skyscraping stilettos.

The Background:

Born and raised in New York, 22-year-old Lee Carr is ready to make his mark on the R&B scene. After several years of growing as an artist and perfecting his writing and producing skills, he believes that 2008 will be his breakthrough year. Currently, his first single “Stilettos” is bubbling on the Billboard charts and his second single “Breath” is also attracting attention. Produced by Los and written by Lee, “Stilettos” is a sassy track that is sure to become a soundtrack for every girl who loves rocking heels and every guy that likes to see a girl in those heels. “Like a supermodel on a runway scene,” he croons over the electro sonic backdrop; as addictive as it is soulful, “Stilettos” is bound to become a ladies anthem. Lee Carr plans to release his full length self-titled album in spring of 2009 on Third Lane/Jive/Zomba.

Lee Carr’s Rockin’ Your Stilettos Contest invites females of all ages to submit videos of themselves dancing to his song “Stilettos” while wearing their favorite pair of high heels. Once they join and upload their video to his YouTube group (http://www.youtube.com/group/rockinstilettos) and tag it with “LeeCarrContest,” they will be eligible to win a pair of Very Prive Platform Pumps by Christian Louboutin (retail value $770) and an autographed limited edition Lee Carr t-shirt. Fans are able to view full contest details and rules at the contest-landing page (http://www.leecarronline.com/stilettoscontest/). Says Lee, “I am really excited to be doing something for my fans. I can’t wait to hit the road and really be able to see them, but for now this contest is a good way to interact and allow me to give some lucky woman a hot pair of stilettos.”
