We’re taking a break after the raucous off-camera celebration we had in order to celebrate our 100th episode. Let’s just say some of us couldn’t make it do the show…lol! no matter – the show goes on, and Executive Producers Blast Boogie and Dirty Backpacks have assembled some of the hottest videos to tide you over until Carma and Steve return next week!

FLIPMODE’S SPLIFF STAR IS SET TO RELEASE AN ALBUM THIS YEAR “ABOUT TIME”

After Years Of Being The Hype Man for Rapper Busta Rhymes, Spliff Star Is Ready To Show The World His Lyrical Skills

New York, NY – April 3, 2008 – In an exclusive interview with Yo! Raps Magazine (www.yoraps.com), Spliff Star spoke to us about some unsettled rumors and shared some news on the current and former Flipmode family. Many of you know him as the hype man to Busta Rhymes but Spliff Star is ready to take on a new title – Rapper. In an exclusive interview with Yo! Raps Magazine (www.yoraps.com) Spliff Starr not only shared his future career moves but always clarified some rumors and shared other news about the Flipmode camp. In addition to Busta Rhymes, Spliff spoke to Yo! Raps about Rampage, Rah Digga, Baby Sham, and DJ Scratch. When asked about Rampage, he said “I don’t hear from Rampage, but I wish him nothing but the best.” When the question of reunion plans came up, Spliff said “We don’t, we won’t look back! We move forward… And, thanks for the love!” Spliff Star not only clarified some rumors and shared other news about the Flipmode camp he but also shared his future career moves. When asked what one could expect from Spliff Star as a rapper, he said “Well, if you’ve ever been to a Flipmode show, then you know what to expect. Nothing but crazy energy that will get you hype. Now all we have to do is find another dude that’s crazier than me to be my hype man, ya dig?” Spliff Star is signed to his own record label Paperrock Records through Flip Mode Entertainment.Spliff Star currently has a street album, Contraband, on iTunes and he also has other artists that will be coming out on his label soon. His promotional videos called ‘Fat Man’s Son,’ ‘Most Ignorant’ and ‘Mr. Uncle Do Wrong,’ can be found on YouTube. They were all directed and produced by Paperrock Records.
